Who we are

Adaptly (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides math tutoring services for children ages 5–8 in Milton and the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at hello@adaptlylearning.com.

Information we collect

Contact form

When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), your child's name, and your child's age. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule a free assessment. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. IP addresses are anonymized by default.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your child's assessment
• To communicate session details, progress updates, and invoices
• To improve our website and understand how parents find us (analytics only, with consent)

Analytics consent

We only activate Google Analytics after you explicitly accept analytics via the consent banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is saved in your browser and you will not be asked again.

To opt out of Google Analytics at any time, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or clear your browser's local storage to reset your consent preference.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage our tutoring relationship with your family. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@adaptlylearning.com.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act(PIPEDA) and Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request a correction to inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for the use of your personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information

Third-party services

• Netlify— our website host. Form submissions are stored on Netlify's servers in accordance with Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — used with your consent only. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

Our services are for children ages 5–8, but our website is directed at parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All contact is through the parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
